PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES

There continues to be a disproportionate number of African youth in the court and criminal justice system and the increasing cost of post-secondary education creates barriers for youth of African heritage to receive higher level education. The Eva Smith Bursary attempts to target sectors of our community in which this support is most needed.
